The worst customer service I have experienced!! Poorly trained people. Even with proof if a written a mailing quote, they would not honor price quoted.
They helped me with a package when I lived all the way over here in Los Angeles and helped with tracking my package when there was a scam. A lady named Aretha helped me report to authorities asap and helped me retrieve my package back. They were very helpful.
